Subscription Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy (“Cancellation Policy”) establishes the subscription cancellation rights of authorized users of the online platform for managing payments, hedging, risks, banking services and tools (“Platform”) of OKOORA FINANCIAL SERVICES ISRAEL LTD. (“Okoora”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You may cancel your Subscription at any time by ceasing to use the Okoora platform and services.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time, by (i) ceasing to use the Platform and any other service provided by Okoora, and (ii) sending Okoora a Cancellation Notice (as defined below); you will, however, be charged the full Subscription fee for the applicable month when you cancel the Subscription, and you will not be refunded any of such Subscription payments.
You are not eligible to cancel your Subscription and it will continue until the expiration of the term; furthermore, you are not eligible to receive any refund for the payments for the Subscription.
HOW TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
Your Subscription cancellation notice (“Cancellation Notice”) should include the following information: Email and your registration ID if you use a third party account to register on the Platform, if applicable. Okoora may request additional details in connection with the cancellation of your Subscription. Your Subscription cancellation will become effective 10 business days after we have received your Cancellation Notice.
